Sales Terms

E-shop HORIZONBAG.EE (hereinafter referred to as E-shop) owner is Horizon Tselluloosi ja Paberi AS (registry code 10089165), located at Anija road 10, 74305, Kehra, Estonia .

Submission of price requests

In case of price requests submitted in the E-shop, the sales terms do not apply to the buyer until the payment sum is received. The sales terms will take effect from the moment the payment sum is received on E-shop bank account.

Validity of the sales contract, products and price information

The sales terms apply to the purchase of products from the E-shop.

The prices of the products sold in the E-shop are indicated next to the products. All prices in the E-shop are in euros and include 20% VAT. A shipping cost for delivery of the products is added to the price. The final price of the products may change depending on the communication between the buyer and the E-shop over the details of the products.

The shipping cost depends on the method of delivery. The shipping cost is displayed to the buyer when ordering.

Information about the products is provided in the E-shop directly next to the products.

 Placing of orders and price requests

To order products and make price requests, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. The required information fields must be filled in and the appropriate method of product shipping must be selected. Then the estimated cost is displayed on the screen, which can be paid with the invoice later in communication with the representative of the E-shop.

The sales contract enters into force upon payment sum is received on the E-shop bank account .

If the ordered products cannot be delivered due running out of stock of the products or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. shipping fee) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Purchased products cannot be returned if they have been produced on the basis of the buyer’s personal special requirements and in accordance with the conditions provided by the buyer.

 Shipping / Delivery

The products are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 5-7 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the E-shop has right to deliver the products within up to 45 calendar days.

 Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into in the E-shop within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw, the respective products and services must be listed and must comply with the terms listed in Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 53 section 4].

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person / company.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered products cannot be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products in the manner permitted for testing the products in a physical store.

If the products have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products or have signs of use or wear, the E-Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the products.

In order to return the products, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the products must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address no later than within 14 days of receipt of the products.

The costs of returning the products shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (i.e. a wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the products within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned products, the E-shop shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.

The E-shop may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever comes earlier.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the E-shop, the E-shop does not have to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method.

The E-shop has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the E-shop is marked below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Right to issue complaint

The E-shop is responsible for the non-compliance or defect of the products sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery.

The E-shop is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the products to the buyer.

If the products purchased from the E-shop have defects for which the E-shop is responsible, the E-shop will repair or replace the defective products. If the products cannot be repaired or replaced, the E-shop will return the fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.

The online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 working days.

Processing of personal data

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (incl. Name, telephone number, address, e-mail address) only to process price inquiries and orders and to send the goods to the buyer.
